The man’s stall selling dry fried noodles with an income of more than 50 million/month

Some time ago, under the impact of the epidemic, the economic recovery was slow, and job security was a big concern of local governments in China. Only when the employment rate increases and people have income, will the government dare to promote and apply policies to stimulate consumption and ensure it will work.

After each time the epidemic is considered to be under control, it is a good thing that the hawker stalls on the streets of China are allowed by the local management departments. Although not as good as before, but at least, the streets are more crowded, the city is no longer deserted, fresh food is sold everywhere. Realizing an opportunity to prove that “street vendors make a lot of money”, a man experimented with opening a street stall selling noodle soup, and at the same time earning extra income for his family.

He and his wife are both employees and have stable incomes. However, at the end of 2019, his family was stuck in a small village here for 3 months. The man said that during this time he was actively in the kitchen to cook for his family. The dishes he usually make include spicy fried dry noodles, cold noodles, fried potatoes… and his wife often gives advice on the taste. After repeated trials and failures, in the end, the two dishes, the spicy fried dry noodles and the fried potatoes, were praised by the wife. At that time, an idea came to his mind, that after the epidemic ended, he would open a street stall to sell these two dishes.

A lot of people had to come back to enjoy the man’s spicy fried dry noodles

In March 2020, he and his wife went to the market to buy vegetables one day. When he passed a pho restaurant, he asked the owner about the ingredients and the idea of the business of spicy fried dry noodles. The owner is extremely kind and revealed to the man the ingredients to make delicious fried noodles. He also said that if the business is favorable, his stall will surely make a lot of profit.

Early the next morning, the couple embarked on the process of preparing to build a street stall. First, they buy an electric tricycle, find an electric welder to weld the shelves, buy disposable tableware on the internet, and shop around for spices, potatoes, coriander… at the vegetable market. . At the same time, the two also went to the frozen market to buy some ingredients for making grilled skewers, a gas can, a stove, and two big pans. Two days later, after the order arrived, they started setting up stalls at the market.

Next is the sales process. The first day, they pushed the stall to the street at 4 pm. Because they are inexperienced, they need to go early to find an open space and start cooking water and boiling oil in a pan. The stalls of the two sellers mainly sell three dishes, including spicy fried dry noodles, fried potatoes and grilled skewers. The prices of the dishes are very cheap. A bowl of noodles costs 5 yuan (about 17 thousand), a bowl of fried potatoes is 3 yuan (about 10 thousand), skewers will cost from 1 to 5 yuan (about 3.5 to 17 thousand).

Around 5 pm, many companies have finished work, students are out of school, the number of people on the street is gradually increasing, the demand for a quick snack like fried potatoes is much more than fried noodles, grilled skewers are only sold. ham and chicken fillet. After the first day, the man summed up the number of items sold, including: 12 bowls of spicy fried noodles for 60 yuan (about 210 thousand), fried potatoes that were sold out for 60 yuan (approx. 210 thousand), grilled skewers sold for more than 45 yuan (about 157 thousand). The total income is 165 yuan (about 570 thousand) for the first day of sale.

The fried potato dish is an extremely popular dish in the street stall menu

The next day, the shop was still normal, but the taste of the spicy fried dry noodles seemed to start to be more popular with the locals. At the end of the day, he and his wife also took time to summarize the amount sold, including: 25 servings of spicy fried dry noodles, fried potatoes are also sold out, grilled skewers are sold at normal levels. The total income of the second day was 420 yuan (about 1.5 million). The couple’s first week of selling goods at a street stall had a total income of 3,258 yuan (about 11.3 million), a daily turnover of about 500 yuan (about 1.74 million). Customers commented that the snacks of the counter made quite delicious and delicious, thanks to that, the business situation was getting better and better.

Then a customer suggested that we open the stall early in the morning because many people prefer to eat spicy fried dry noodles in the morning. After thinking for a while, I also decided to sell more in the morning from 5am – 10am and in the afternoon from 4am – 9pm. In March, the hawker stall’s total sales reached more than 19,000 yuan (about 66 million yuan), and the total profit after deducting expenses was 14,800 yuan (about 52 million), but so did health. depressed. In April, Hubei lifted the blockade, the couple received a notice from the company to return to work, so they ended the stall business with a total income more than the salary of the couple plus. back to normal office work.

That said, street vendors are not without the opportunity to get rich. But to really get rich, you will also have to trade a lot of things, including health.
