Toyota Corolla 2023 now has a hybrid 2-wheel drive system – a system that is only available on the Corolla Cross SUV and the high-performance Gazoo Racing version. Mid- to high-end configurations of the Toyota Corolla 2023 will use this configuration with an electric motor mounted on the rear axle supporting a 1.8L 4-cylinder Atkinson cycle engine and 2 generators.

The regular engine option on the Toyota Corolla 2023 is a 2.0L 4-cylinder with a capacity of 169 hp, 205 Nm compared to the old 1.8L 139 hp, 171 Nm version. In addition, the car also accelerates faster and has slightly better fuel efficiency. For the rest, the engine options above remain the same.

In terms of design, the Toyota Corolla 2023 is quite distinguishable from the previous version, but it cannot be said to have breakthrough changes. All sedan configurations now use LED daytime running lights by default, some configurations have upgraded the lighting interface, rear bumper, wheels or diffuser.

The hatchback version of the car has a new radiator with a chrome cover, and the rear bumper on this configuration has also been tweaked.

In terms of technology, all Toyota Corolla 2023 cars now default to an 8-inch Audio Multimedia center screen, capable of updating software over a network connection as well as supporting voice control technology. The Toyota Safety Sense 3.0L safety package is also upgraded with many features such as a pre-collision warning system, lane departure warning / lane keeping assist, intelligent Cruise Control or automatic headlights.

At the position of the instrument cluster, the graphic of the digital panel (4.2 inches on the low versions, 7 inches on the high versions) has also been updated and it is possible to customize display parameters such as speed, efficiency. fuel pressure, tire pressure…
