On June 4, the police department of Cho Moi District Police (An Giang) prosecuted the accused and arrested Ho Tan Thanh (20 years old, living in Nhon My commune) to investigate the act of “Having intercourse with people from full 13 years old” to under 16 years old”.
According to the initial investigation, through social networks, Thanh knew a 15-year-old girl in Long Kien commune. On February 21, Thanh invited the girl to drink with a group of friends in the same commune. In the end, Thanh took the girl to the motel to “confident”.
Here, this young man repeatedly abused the girl. In the evening, Thanh rode a motorbike to bring the victim home, but was discovered by the girl’s family.
The girl’s family went to the police station to report the incident.
At the police station, Thanh admitted the crime.
