On June 4, Hanoi University of Industry held the Job Festival 2022 to serve as a bridge between students and businesses.

Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc, Vice President of Hanoi University of Industry, said that the Job Festival is organized by the school every year to connect students with businesses.

“This is an opportunity for businesses to find, select and recruit human resources that are suitable for their needs, of high quality, and also an environment for students to have more information and official recruitment opportunities. “, Mr. Thuc said.

According to Mr. Thuc, now, the meaning of the Festival is increasing as businesses also accompany the school from designing, developing programs, organizing training to recruiting graduates.

Job Festival 2022 is organized by Hanoi University of Industry with the largest scale ever with the participation of 93 domestic and foreign enterprises. This year, businesses bring more than 8,500 job opportunities, in which, many businesses have great recruitment needs.

“Some companies also interview me right at the Festival about majors, study results, expectations about working conditions and expected salary. I think this is really an opportunity for graduating students like me to approach many businesses and find good jobs,” Anh shared.

Anh also revealed that she has a great chance of being accepted into a company after the interview process, with a starting salary of 8 million/month after graduating from school and can be increased after a period of working.

Mr. Vu Tieu Long, Production Director of Secote Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that at present, there are more than 50 employees working at the company, who graduated from Hanoi University of Industry. This year, his company plans to hire 60 maintenance and automation engineers.

Mr. Yang Chan Mo, CEO of Hyundai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd., said that he has also recruited dozens of high-quality engineers, and many of them are currently holding important management positions.
