On June 3, information from Nghe An Department of Natural Resources and Environment, following the direction of Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Trung, an inter-sectoral delegation of the province was established to inspect mineral mining activities in Chau Hong commune.

This inspection team is chaired by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in collaboration with the Provincial Police, the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Construction. In the immediate future, the delegation will inspect at Tan Hoang Khang Joint Stock Company. The inspection will have to be completed and reported to the Provincial People’s Committee by July 31, 2022.

Also under the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, during the inspection process, if detecting signs of violations, promptly report and advise the Provincial People’s Committee to transfer to functional agencies to strictly handle according to the provisions of law.
