Specifically, according to the list of 222 villas in group 1, Ba Dinh district has the largest number of villas with 111 villas; Hoan Kiem district has 87 villas; Tay Ho district has 3 villas.

Among 356 villas ranked in Group 2, Hoan Kiem district has 159 villas; Ba Dinh district has 112 villas; Hai Ba Trung district has 78 villas; Tay Ho district has 4 villas; Dong Da district has 3 villas.

With 638 villas in Group 3, Hoan Kiem district has 237 villas; Ba Dinh district has 216 villas; Hai Ba Trung district has 166 villas; Dong Da district has 13 villas; Tay Ho district has 6 villas.

According to the Regulation on the management and use of old villas built before 1954 in the city, all villas under the management list (including villas owned by the state, of the organizations, households, and individuals) are not allowed to demolish the demolition on their own.

In case group 1 and group 2 villas are severely damaged, degraded, and in danger of collapsing, there has been a conclusion from a competent authority on construction quality inspection and must be inspected by the Department of Construction. , report to the City People’s Committee and the City People’s Council (for group 1 villas) and the City People’s Committee (for Group 2 villas) to allow demolition and rebuilding according to the architectural design and planning of the old villa house (secret). building level, number of floors, height).
