On weekends, only me and my mother-in-law stay at home, my husband goes out to meet friends who have work. I had a dull stomach ache since midnight but thought it was normal, so I didn’t tell anyone. Until the pain was too much to bear, my face turned pale, I couldn’t even walk, I had to tell my mother-in-law.
My mother-in-law panicked and called a taxi and led me to the alley to wait for a taxi quickly. The road had several tens of meters that I had to walk with difficulty. A few moments later, the taxi driver called to inform us that there was a traffic jam and asked us to wait longer. I was in so much pain that there was no blood left in the cut, and at that time, there were no motorbike taxi drivers in the surrounding area.
Seeing this, my mother-in-law immediately asked me to get on her back for her to carry, while walking along the road looking for any help. I can’t believe my mother-in-law would act like this. But at that time it was so painful, I just wanted to go to the hospital immediately, so I had to climb on her back.
My mother-in-law is not strong, but carries me very firmly. After going a long way, a kind passerby asked if we needed help, then they drove me to the hospital.
Waking up from appendicitis surgery, I kept thinking about my mother-in-law’s actions. My wife and I have been married for more than 1 year, still planning to have no children. Since becoming a bride, I have always been afraid of my mother-in-law because she used to talk loudly and scold her children. Every time I was scolded by her, I could only bow my head in silence.
Unexpectedly, in such an important situation, the mother-in-law is so caring and kind to her daughter-in-law. Before, I was always resentful because my mother-in-law was difficult, but now looking back on it objectively, I realize that I was not perfect and still clumsy. My mother-in-law scolded me but she never went speak ill of the daughter-in-law With other people, the story is finished and never bothered to tell.
It’s really after this that I realized I have a person good mother-in-law everyone. Although she is a hot-tempered person, she is really kind and honest. Especially the fact that she did not hesitate to carry me to the hospital, I will never forget it for the rest of my life.
I really appreciate her, from now on I will change my attitude and behavior, as well as try to improve myself to become a better person.
