The man who killed the debtor who dumped his body in the river was arrested
Thanh HoaOn June 3, the provincial police arrested 18-year-old suspect Le Van Hoang to investigate the act of murder and dispose of the victim’s body into the Ma River.
According to authorities, the victim is Pham Duc Chung, 19 years old, from Thanh Tan commune, Thach Thanh district. Chung borrowed money from Hoang, but was unable to pay.
Around 2:30 p.m. on May 25, Hoang called Chung to his home in Quang Thanh ward to threaten him and ask for money. The victim was beaten to death.

Hoang put the body in a sack and put it under the bed of the second floor bedroom. At about 10 pm on the same day, Hoang used a motorbike to carry the body to the Ma River, the section of Ham Rong bridge, Ham Rong ward, Thanh Hoa city.
On the afternoon of June 1, people went fishing on the Ma River, which flows through Hoang Tan commune, Hoang Hoa district, saw suspicious signs in the sack, and discovered the body, so they reported it to the authorities.
