According to Mr. Son, from the following years, the People’s Councils of the localities shall base themselves on the specific situation of socio-economic conditions, the increase of the consumer price index in each locality, the actual ability of the people to contribute to decide on the tuition fee frame or the local tuition fee level at preschool and high school levels, but not exceeding 7.5% in 1 year.

The ministry’s leader said that it is expected that by 2025, the cost of higher education will be fully charged. With preschool and general education until 2030, this full costing schedule has been longer than the policy of Resolution 19 of the Central Government.
