Sharing on Dan Viet newspaper, Ha Van Thanh said that, on the afternoon of June 4, Pham Van Toan (born in 1991, Thanh’s neighbor) took guests to his hometown for medical examination in Hanoi. After that, Thanh asked Toan to go home with the car.
