The male student was informed that he owed an amount of about 60 million dong, while not borrowing anyone. Believe me, for the first time, Loc and Truong went to an electronics store to sign a loan application to buy a laptop worth nearly 30 million VND. After completing the procedure, the laptop was returned to Truong, and Loc received the payment.

At the beginning of this year, the male student continued to accept installment purchases of the iPhone 13 over 30 million VND. Out of the store, Truong paid Loc and got his phone back. Seeing that the job was simple, Loc introduced his brother to buy a camera for nearly 30 million VND.

“He said that he only needed to prove his identity to be able to do the application and receive the payment. And the loan application would cancel itself after a few days, without having to pay any money or pay a deposit in advance,” Loc said. .

By the end of April, new Loc or Truong was in debt to many people, so he cheated himself and many other students then could no longer pay…

Similarly, student Dao Thi Cam Tien, 20 years old, living in Thoi Lai district, said that for the past several days, she has been constantly called and threatened by “financial company” employees, demanding to repay her debt. and bewildered family.

In March, through friends’ introduction, Tien was instructed by Truong to use his identity card to go to a building materials store on Tran Phu Street, Ninh Kieu district, to make an installment purchase of a water heater and some other items. other skin uses. Tien’s loan package is 19 million VND, the loan term is 4 months. This person commits that after completing the installment purchase procedure, he will pay only 400,000 VND, the loan application is automatically canceled after two days without having to pay any money.

“I trusted friends to introduce me, so I agreed to sign the application. When I signed, Truong flipped through the file very quickly, I also felt insecure but subjectively did not check,” the female student said. Tien was transferred 400,000 public money by Truong, but it wasn’t long before he was repeatedly asked for debt to find out that he had fallen into a “trap”.

With this method, hundreds of students at colleges and universities in Can Tho accused Truong of being seduced and owed 10-60 million VND. They said that when they made a loan application for Truong, they did not receive any property or money.

A leader of Ninh Kieu District Police said that he had received the student’s complaint and was looking for Truong to investigate.
