Andy Stone is a member of the country band Vince Vance & the Valiants. He said he wrote a song called “All I Want for Christmas Is You” a few years before Mariah Carey released the song of the same name. He accused the defendants of illegally exploiting his “unique popularity and style”, then causing confusion by recording new songs without permission.
