Regarding the accident of 3 deaths in Hoa Binh, on June 5, the leader of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Department, the Vietnam Registry said that, through direct inspection at the scene of the accident, the size The actual truck bed is 1.13m higher than the original specifications.

Specifically, when actually measuring at the scene after the accident, the truck carrying BKS 29H-770.16 has a length of 6.78m; 2.31m wide and 1.85m high.

Meanwhile, according to the Registration Certificate, this truck bearing the CNHTC brand, manufactured in 2021 in China, is allowed to carry 2 people (including the driver), and is allowed to carry 13.1 tons; The car’s trunk has a length of 6.5m x 2.3m wide x 72cm high.

According to the leader of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Department, the actual body of the vehicle is 28cm longer and 1.13m higher (more than 2 times the height) than the registration certificate. From the image taken at the time of registration, it shows that this vehicle has been extended in length and height compared to the original.

The owner of the vehicle according to the registration certificate is Van Phu Trading and Transport Company Limited in Team 8, Vien Khe, Hop Tien Commune, My Duc District, Hanoi. Vehicles are granted a certificate of registration for circulation at the latest on September 28, 2021 at the Registration Center No. 29-23D and valid until the end of September 27, 2023.

Before that, at about 3:45 pm on June 4, driver Nguyen Van Doanh (SN 1993, in My Duc, Hanoi) drove a truck carrying soil with BKS 29H-770.16 moving in the direction of Thanh Hoa – Hanoi . When this car went to km472+950, ​​in Bao Hieu commune (Yen Thuy district, Hoa Binh province), it suddenly overturned, hitting a car carrying BKS 30A-615.85 traveling in the opposite direction.

The accident left 3 people dead on the spot, 1 injured, all 3 victims were in a car. At the scene, the car was crushed and badly damaged.

3 dead victims include: PVT (SN 1991, in Thanh Hoa), the driver of a car; NTH (SN 1962, in Thanh Hoa) and TTH (SN 1985, in Khanh Hoa). One injured victim is Mr. Ha Ngoc Thanh (in Thanh Hoa).

The truck driver has been detained by the police for investigation. At the investigation agency, initially, the driver Doanh confessed that, before the time of the accident, the truck he was driving lost control, leading to his inability to control the vehicle, causing the accident with the passenger car. move in the opposite direction.
