Determining the seriousness of the case, immediately after receiving the information, the Kim Bang District Police (Ha Nam) organized an examination of the scene, an autopsy, and issued urgent arrest warrants, decided to criminal detention with Pham Xuan Truong and Do Duc Hiep for the act of intentionally causing injury, causing fatal consequences.
