Specifically, Huong told Ms. NNMH that her husband, Mr. LHT, works as a deputy director of the Tien Yen District Civil Judgment Execution Sub-Department, and can buy a liquidated motorbike from the agency. Ms. H believed it was true, gave Huong 18 million to buy and liquidate 3 motorbikes. But Huong did not buy and liquidate motorbikes as promised, but appropriated them for personal spending.

At the same time, Huong told Ms. H that she had a family member who was the leader of the province, had many relationships, could apply for jobs for others to work in departments, departments and branches in the province, change jobs in the province. work, run to office. Ms. H, believing it to be true, informed Mr. Nguyen about the content Huong exchanged and introduced Mr. D to meet Huong.

Due to trust, from June to September 2015, Mr. D gave Ms. H 11 job applications from acquaintances and relatives and 2 profiles of Mr and Mrs. D with an amount of more than 1.4 billion VND.

Then Ms. H gave all the money and documents received from Mr. D to Huong. All of the above money, Huong appropriated for personal spending.

Around July 2015, Huong called Mr. D to say that he could get a job at Quang Ninh Provincial General Hospital. Just give Huong 130 million and the file will take care of her job in the right profession. After that, Mr. D received money from Mr. BDK’s family and gave it to Huong.

Huong promised on November 10, 2015 that she would make a decision to become an official employee, but then Huong did not fulfill her promise and appropriated the above money for personal spending.

Same trick as above, from August 2015 to January 2016, Ms. H and her daughter gave Huong a total of 85 million dong to apply for a job for her child, but Huong did not perform as promised but appropriated the number. money above.

Similarly, Huong has an acquaintance with Ms. HTH (Lang Son province) and said that she knows many leaders of departments, departments and branches in Quang Ninh province, and can apply for jobs.

Ms. H trusted, gave Huong 58 million dong to apply for a job for her adopted daughter to work at a preschool in Tien Yen district. Huong did not perform as promised, appropriating the above amount. In addition, 4 other victims were also tricked by Huong with the trick of asking for a job and reducing the prison sentence.

The indictment of the People’s Procuracy of Quang Ninh province determined that Huong had appropriated money from the victims with a total amount of over VND 2.2 billion.

The trial panel sentenced Le Thi Thanh Huong to 13 years in prison for fraud and appropriation of property; to force the accused to be responsible for compensating the victims according to regulations law.
