Receiving information, Dai Hong Commune Police quickly verified and determined that the above property belonged to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tam (SN 1965, resident of Ngoc Kinh Dong village, Dai Hong commune). At 11 a.m. on June 6, Dai Hong Commune Police invited Mrs. Tam to the Commune Police to organize the return of property.
