POCO brand recently introduced a new smartphone in Vietnam market called POCO C40. This is a cheap smartphone with a youthful design, basic performance with a new chip that has never appeared on the market.

POCO C40 has a typical design of POCO smartphones with a large camera cluster. The body is finished from plastic on the back and frame. There will be 3 options for users to choose from: black, blue and yellow. All 3 have faux leather backs.

The back of POCO C40 includes a dual camera cluster placed in a square module in the left corner: a 13MP wide-angle camera and a 2MP depth camera. The device has an additional 5MP selfie camera on the front.

POCO C40 has a 6.71-inch IPS LCD screen on the front, the resolution stops at HD + and does not have a high refresh rate. This screen uses a “water drop” design in the middle, the screen border is a bit thick.

In terms of performance, the C40 comes with a rather strange chip called JR510 consisting of eight high-performance cores from the JLQ Technology brand. This is an 11mm chip clocked at 2GHz for basic performance. It is known that the performance of JR510 can be equal to Snapdragon 450 or Helio G35 from Qualcomm and MediaTek.

POCO C40 genuine Vietnamese version will have only one memory option of 4GB / 64GB. The battery has a large capacity of 6000mAh, supports 18W fast charging with the included charger.
