On April 25, 2022, ACV sent a document to the People’s Committee of Quang Binh province saying that due to the lack of capital, the project of passenger terminal T2 at Dong Hoi airport will be implemented in the period after 2025. At the same time. ACV proposes the Ministry of Transport to consider proposing and calling for appropriate investment forms in accordance with the law.
