On April 25, the City Infrastructure Project Management Board reviewed and assessed the contractor’s capacity to the Department of Construction.

The SPR project was approved by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City with the investment policy in Decision 4475 dated August 18, 2017 and Decision 2246 dated August 25, 2018 with a total investment of more than 467.5 billion VND.
