Ideas before starting to design Resort The project is to construct a simple yet breath-taking building, using dominant local materials and images.
Area resort bearing a dear name of “House of Mine”, is located on the central coast of Vietnam, where the climate is hot and the terrain is sandy.

The problem of solving climate problems is the top concern of architects. Therefore, the building is opened to the cool wind directions, so the bad sun directions are covered.
Small buffer spaces are created before direct contact with the building, creating a cool breeze to circulate throughout the day.
The continuous blocks surrounding the land are arranged densely and deeply in order to take advantage of the cool air blowing in from the sea.
Besides, beautiful light also creates gaps and contrasts, highlighting the work.
Full facilities are arranged in the resort.
Located in a small, unspoiled fishing village near the My Khe beachred tile and sea sand are materials that locals often use to get light from both east and west directions.
Visitors and especially children can play in the common sand yard, watching the light transform itself from dawn to dusk, stretching like two white and red silks wrapped around each other.
