Kim Ly not only practiced together but also worked as a PT for Ha Ho.

With the goal of “if you don’t appear, then try to be perfect when you appear”, Ho Ngoc Ha actively practices exercises to tighten fat and increase muscle.

Especially with exercises such as squats, planks, the vocalist “Both A Heaven Loves Me” is also supported by her boyfriend as a true personal trainer.

After that, she also practiced a few more yoga movements – her favorite sport for many years.
