How is a Bachelor of Technology different from an engineer?

They are studying Information Technology and Computer Science, but some schools offer engineering degrees and some schools offer bachelor’s degrees.

I am a 12th grader, with strengths in natural sciences, oriented towards majors in technology such as computers and biotechnology.

After learning about the programs, I found the following differences: Same as Computer Science, but at the University of Natural Sciences (National University of Ho Chi Minh City), the program is Bachelor of Science. computer, will be awarded a bachelor’s degree. While this branch of the University of Science and Technology (National University of Ho Chi Minh City) grants engineering degrees. Even many schools with much lower benchmarks than the University of Natural Sciences, the output is Computer Science Engineer.

This is similar to the fields of Information Technology, Biotechnology, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering… some schools grant engineering degrees, while others grant bachelor’s degrees.

I know that studying engineering takes 4.5 years, more intensive practice, while bachelor’s degree is specialized in theory, shorter time is 4 years. So should I choose to study engineering or bachelor? How to distinguish whether the industry is an engineering degree or a bachelor’s degree?
