At the same time, in Clause 10, Article 2 of Decree No. 123/2021/ND-CP stipulating a fine ranging from VND 300,000 to VND 400,000 for drivers of motorcycles, mopeds (including electric scooters), other types of motorcycles, and other vehicles. motorcycle-like vehicles and motorcycle-like vehicles when:

According to the previous regulations, the fine for covering up license plates for motorbike drivers is VND 100,000 – 200,000.
