The Minister also repeated the statement of the leader of Hai Duong: “The land of Hai Duong is fragmented, but the mindset of the Hai Duong people must not be fragmented”.

“From fragmentation to cooperation, connection is our success. Agriculture is dealing with risks, natural disasters, epidemics, markets… Let’s be brave, persevere together. Hai Duong or another locality will also activate the remaining localities,” said Minister Le Minh Hoan.
