Also according to the inspection agency, the Department of Planning and Architecture approved the total ground, the technical plan was against the regulations. In which, in 19 projects, the construction does not specify the construction boundary, the construction core, violates the construction of the basement as the basis for licensing construction and construction investment. This is a violation of the Construction Law.

In 10 projects, works with incorrect number of floors, 21 projects with basements exceeding the construction limit but not approved by the Hanoi People’s Committee are “beyond authority, violating Decree 39”.

In addition, in 32 construction projects with contents violating Vietnam Construction Regulations promulgated under Decision 682, including: A project on density; 31 projects on green trees (Ly Thai To Primary School, 14 projects on both sides of Le Van Luong Street, 15 projects on both sides of To Huu Street).
