The victim was identified as Mr. MVS (born 1983, in Dong Huong ward, Thanh Hoa city), and the suspect is Truong Van Tuan (born in 1992, resident in Nam Ngan ward, Thanh Hoa city) doing business at the head market. At Dong Huong, this subject’s kiosk is next to the victim’s kiosk.

In the clip, Mr. S. was sleeping on a folding bed when suddenly Tuan took a knife and ran over to stab the victim. Mr. S. tried to use his strength to get up and run, but after a while, he lay motionless.

At the time of the incident, many people present at the scene tried to intervene but were unsuccessful.

Mr. S. was taken to the emergency room by people, but due to his injuries, Mr. S. died later. The object of Tuan, after committing the crime, also surrendered to the police station.

There is some information that the victim’s wife has just given birth not long ago, still lying in bed hospital.
