Although it is inevitable that there will be days when the rice is broken, there are times when the rice is cheesy, but the parents are always encouraging, that’s why when 9X was a child, she was not afraid to go to the kitchen at all.
Currently, every autumn meal cooks for a family of 5 people. Like her mother, Thu is very diligent in guiding her daughters to the kitchen, about 1 hour a day. Her two daughters know how to help their mother pick vegetables, cook rice, add fruit… This is also a very favorite time for 9X because the mother and daughter can work together and talk together. Like many other sisters, 9X always knows how to balance spending, each meal only costs about 100-150-200 thousand VND.
The mother shared, when cooking, she always balances fiber groups from vegetables and fruits, protein mainly from meat, fish eggs, shrimp, crab… starch, good fat from nuts like peanuts , thing, almonds. Particularly, Thu’s vegetables and fruits will prioritize the cooking method which is boiled/steamed to reduce the intake of fat in the body as well as to avoid loss of substances in food.
In addition, for the whole family to enjoy every meal, 9X will flexibly change the menu by changing the way it is prepared. Not you, the same food, sometimes she will steam, sometimes fry or stir-fry… Every weekend, with more free time, she also cooks vermicelli, pho, vermicelli or rolls. for the whole family to “change the wind”.
Perhaps, thanks to her diligence, ingenuity, and good cooking, every time she enjoys the dishes she cooks, Thu’s husband and children all praise her. “He and his children always feel happy because they can eat at home.
