Vietcombank waives many transaction fees for SMEs

Vietcombank has just launched 3 transaction packages SME Basic, SME Online and SME Advanced with many incentives for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). SME transaction packages include regular and essential banking services for customers such as: payment accounts; digital bank VCB DigiBiz and a duo of business cards (credit and debit cards) Vietcombank Visa Business.

Customers only need to register once to enjoy the service incentives in the package, or switch packages on the online channel without having to go to the bank.

Give a nice number account

With SME transaction packages, customers are given a beautiful digital account with the last 3/4/5 digits optional. Beautiful digital account warehouse with three-flower, five-quarter, and six-bowl accounts for businesses to choose from, showing their own imprint and bringing luck and convenience in business and investment.

Free transactions online and at the counter

Customers are exempted from various transaction fees when using SME transaction packages. Specifically, the SME Basic package meets basic transaction needs with free online money transfer and salary/statement payment in Vietcombank system.

Meanwhile, the SME Online package is suitable for interbank transactions on digital channels. Customers are exempt from all transaction fees on VCB DigiBiz including money transfer fees, salary payments, payment to the state budget…both inside and outside the Vietcombank system.

With the SME Advanced package, customers not only enjoy free transactions on digital channels, but also free transactions at the counter including fees for cash deposit/withdrawal, money transfer/salary/statement payment, etc. and outside Vietcombank system.

Giving away Vietcombank Visa Business card

With the SME Online and SME Advanced transaction packages, customers are offered one or two Vietcombank Visa Business debit and credit cards. This is a tool to help businesses manage costs and expand business opportunities.

These two business card products integrate unlimited cashback with a cashback rate of up to 0.4% of spending (for credit cards) and 0.3% of spending (for credit cards). debit card).

When owning a business credit card, customers are provided with a spending limit to use as additional working capital. In addition, customers also have the opportunity to access many incentives from marketing service providers, online advertising, operating software… under Visa’s global incentive program. This helps businesses optimize working capital, increase operational efficiency, access new opportunities and expand business.

Vietcombank’s SME transaction packages have fees from 50,000 VND per month. When using transactional plans, customers only need to pay a single monthly plan fee with no per-transaction fees. In addition, customers do not need to commit to maintaining a demand deposit balance on their current account when using SME transaction packages. However, when maintaining the average demand deposit balance on the current account from 30,000,000 million VND per month, the customer will be free of charge for that month’s package.

Vietcombank waives all package fees of SME Basic and SME Online transaction packages until the end of December 31. Thus, customers can make free transactions both inside and outside Vietcombank system on VCB DigiBiz until the end of 2022 when registering the above 2 transaction packages.
