Thu Trang Petroleum Private Enterprise claimed to buy solvent from Tam Duc Trading Private Enterprise Dak Nong owned by Mr. Nguyen Van Huong. Tam Duc Trading Private Enterprise Dak Nong claimed to buy solvents from Pham Son Company.

In the appeal filed by Ms. Hoa, from early 2017 to mid-2019, Pham Son Company sold chemicals to 291 businesses and individuals. All sales transactions are contracted by Pham Son Company, VAT invoices, tax payment reports … in accordance with the law.
