According to the person who posted the clip, the two girls with offensive behavior are not Vietnamese but tourists from Thailand.
The leader of Quang Nam province said that he had obtained information about the clip of two girls wearing ao dai and shorts posing in the ancient town of Hoi An and assigned the People’s Committee of Hoi An City to clarify the matter.

Ms. Bich Tuyen (40 years old) – a resident of Hoi An pressed: “They are foreign tourists who come to my hometown to travel.
