“Chi Pu’s boyfriend” returns to acting after 4 years of leaving the entertainment industry because of depression

Jin Ju Hyung once known for his role in the movie Sunny Again Tomorrow in 2018. He also starred in two music videos of the singer Chi Pu to be Bring Me Closer and Invite You To My Team. The two were once involved in love rumors when collaborating on these products.

However, during the past 4 years, all information about the handsome actor has almost disappeared. Recently, Jin Ju Hyung himself shared that he had to stop all artistic activities because of health problems. The actor went through a difficult time due to depression and anxiety.

Jin Ju Hyung added, “It’s been a really tough time for me the past few years. Fortunately, I’m feeling better and I think I’ve gotten through it. I’ve learned a lot. and I tried a lot of things. I worked in restaurants, hospitals, academies and clothing stores. After all that, I realized that acting was something I had to get back to.”

The Korean actor revealed that he will film two short dramas this year. The character Jin Ju Hyung is a fearsome killer. This is also an opportunity for him to show a new side in acting and become more breakthrough. “After playing a bad guy, I feel like I can handle a really dark and deep character,” he said.

When asked about his current relationship with Chi Pu, he gave many compliments to his co-star: “We worked together 3, 4 years ago. She is very professional and very passionate about her work. I really learned a lot from working with her.”
