Before that, at about 9 am of the same day, this medical station received a patient named LHV (2 years old, living in Huong Lap commune) in a cyanotic state, in danger of drowning.

Doctor Ho Thi Vy at the station and her colleagues gave heart compressions, watered them and warmed them up. After 15 minutes, the child is out of danger.

Up to this point, the baby is still being warmed, his condition is stable.

Ms. LTCT – V.’s mother said that in the early morning, after feeding V., he played around the house. At nearly 9 o’clock, when I couldn’t find him, I went to find him and panicked to find him in an 80-liter plastic water tank.

At the time of the incident, half of the water in the container, when V. took it out, was already purple.

V. was immediately taken to the health station by the people, and with the help of the doctor, his life was saved.
