Mr. Hoang Xuan Hanh has only been officially elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Louis Land since April 4, 2022 after Mr. Luc Tan Huy submitted his resignation. Up to the present time, Louis Land has no one on the Board of Directors. This is a rare event in history when for the first time a listed company no longer has a member on the Board of Directors.
Just one day before Mr. Do Thanh Nhan was prosecuted and detained for investigation of stock price manipulation, Louis Land’s Board of Directors received a resignation from the position of independent member of the Board of Directors of Ms. Nguyen Dinh Nhi Tu. . Time to resign from April 18, 2022.
The “movement” to quit jobs at Louis Land takes place from November 2021. Since then, in less than a year, this enterprise has experienced 5 “lifetimes” of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, 4 “lifetimes” of the General Director. Particularly in 2022, there were 3 Chairman of the Board of Directors who had to regretfully withdraw.
Senior staff left “no trumpet, no drum”
Louis Land “changed blood” completely at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held in November 2021 when simultaneously dismissing 3 old members of the Board of Directors and electing 3 new members of the Board of Directors including: Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Quang, Mr. Tran Si Chuong and Mr. Hoang Xuan Hanh.
At that time, Louis Land introduced the new personnel as follows: “The board of directors is experienced, knowledgeable in many fields from technology, business administration, human resource management to design, construction, and business. Real estate business, investment… is expected to attract new capital flows to Louis Land to implement the Company’s plans and strategies”.

On April 20, 2022, a decision was issued to prosecute the case “Stock market manipulation” that occurred at Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company, Louis Holdings Joint Stock Company, Louis Capital Joint Stock Company, the company Shares of Louis Land and related entities. Do Thanh Nhan, Chairman of Louis Holdings Joint Stock Company, former member of the Board of Directors of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company (Mr. Do Thanh Nhan served as a member of the Board of Directors for a short time from September 6, 2021 to November 25, 2021), former Member of the Board of Directors of Louis Land Joint Stock Company (from February 8, 2021 – June 10, 2021); Trinh Thi Thuy Linh, Administrative Director of Louis Holding Joint Stock Company.
There are also two individuals under Tri Viet Securities JSC: Do Duc Nam, General Director of Tri Viet Securities; Le Thi Thuy Lien, staff at Tri Viet Securities Financial Services.
Louis Land Joint Stock Company (BII) was formerly Bao Thu Industrial Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, then the company changed its name to Louis Holdings and then Louis Land. BII is an enterprise of the Louis family, which appointed Mr. Do Thanh Nhan as a member of the Board of Directors on February 8, 2021 and dismissed on June 10, 2021.
