“Hai Yen Street in the last episode of “Underground Storm” is who I am”

How does Thanh Bi feel after “Underground storm” aired the last episode last night (June 8), officially ending a long journey with 72 TV episodes?

– “Underground Storm” is the second film I have the honor to participate in, after the role of Van Diep in “The Judge”. The film marked my maturity in terms of image as well as acting. In order to have 72 episodes broadcast, the whole crew, including the director, artists, logistics department… had to go through a lot of hardships and difficulties, with a journey stretching from North to South. . Even now, looking back, I still feel like it was just yesterday.

The drama that aired the last episode also reminded me of my deceased father. He always wanted me to transform into a police officer, unfortunately by the time the movie came out, he was no longer on earth.

The last episode of the movie made many viewers regret when the characters in the movie all had an incomplete ending. Hai Yen rejected Major Hai Trieu and looked to a new horizon. Does Thanh Bi think this is a reasonable outcome?

After the loss and sacrifice of his comrades, Major Hai Trieu, of course, could not immediately propose to Hai Yen. He told her to wait for time for her feelings to grow, and then get married at another time, his psychological development was completely understandable.

Meanwhile, Hai Yen is no longer waiting. She is also strong enough to face the truth, choosing a freer and more open path for herself.

When they met and fell in love, Hai Trieu, Ha Lam and Hai Yen were all fresh out of school, they were still immature and impulsive in love. Over time, experiencing many events, Hai Yen became more mature and realized that what she pursued was not a true love. The fact that Hai Yen refused Major Hai Trieu to go to a new place of work – I think is a very reasonable ending for the character.

Of course, like the audience, I have a bit of regret when the characters in the movie all have an incomplete ending. But this also reflects a fact of life, so many love stories in real life do not come to a happy ending. We still go on with life in different ways.

Looking back, what is Thanh Bi’s favorite thing about her character in “Underground Storm”?

– Of course, a character in a movie cannot have a personality completely according to the will of the actor. Each character is just a part to make up a big picture. It can be said that, by the end of the film, it is a Hai Yen Duong that I enjoy and find close to me. She dared to give up, choosing for herself a free life. Like me, I’ve always thought that if a person doesn’t have feelings for me, I won’t have to cling to them. (Fortunately, in real life, I have never faced such a situation.)

At the end of “Underground Storm”, many viewers regret, love and sympathize with Hai Yen, a girl who lives true to herself, sincere when in love. That’s what makes me happy compared to my character in the previous movie.

“Underground Storm” met with mixed reactions from the audience during its broadcast. In addition to the high opinion of the film, many people also think that the film lacks authenticity due to the voice acting and some incomplete characters. As one of the insiders, what does Thanh Bi think?

– A drama that airs always brings mixed reflections, people oppose, people agree. Those things partly make the movie attractive. I think, when the film is still discussed, that means it still has an attraction. On the forums, I also read no opinion that this is a film that reflects the life of police soldiers in the most honest and thorniest way ever.

The audience’s interest is a good sign of “Underground Storm”. We absorb everyone’s feedback to learn for ourselves, whether positive or negative.
