According to information from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, students who graduate from middle school and complete the training program with a baccalaureate degree in the academic year 2021-2022 are completely assured because this program will continue to be implemented at the high school level in the coming year. academic year 2022-2023.

In order to ensure the most favorable conditions for students, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training still maintains the same regulations on enrollment in 10th grade for a dual degree program as in the 2021-2022 school year.

Specifically, the candidates are students who have graduated from junior high school and are eligible to apply for class 10 at a public high school in Hanoi in the 2022-2023 school year.

Eligibility conditions are that the student or the student’s parent(s) has a permanent residence in Hanoi; the right age; graduated from high school; have the average score of the whole year of 9th grade in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry from 8 or higher; the average score of the whole year of grade 9 in English is 8.5 or higher; The average score for the whole year of 9th grade in Literature is 6.5 or higher.

The enrollment method is also kept stable as in the 2021-2022 school year, students take all the exams of 2 rounds.

In the first round, students sit for exams in the entrance exam to grade 10 of public non-specialized high schools in the school year 2022-2023 (take place on June 18 and 19, 2022). Particularly, students who are directly recruited according to the provisions of the Regulations on junior high school enrollment and high school enrollment issued together with Circular No. 03/VBHN-BGDDT dated May 3, 2019 of the Ministry of Education and Training are not required to take the first round.

Round 2 (expected to take place on June 29 and 30, 2022), students take the entrance exam according to the British Baccalaureate training program. Accordingly, students test 3 subjects Math, Physics, Chemistry in English; English essay writing; English speaking test.
