Specifically, the candidates are students who have graduated from junior high school and are eligible to apply for class 10 at a public high school in Hanoi in the 2022-2023 school year.
Eligibility conditions are that the student or the student’s parent(s) has a permanent residence in Hanoi; the right age; graduated from high school; have the average score of the whole year of 9th grade in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry from 8 or higher; the average score of the whole year of grade 9 in English is 8.5 or higher; The average score for the whole year of 9th grade in Literature is 6.5 or higher.
The enrollment method is also kept stable as in the 2021-2022 school year, students take all the exams of 2 rounds.
In the first round, students sit for exams in the entrance exam to grade 10 of public non-specialized high schools in the school year 2022-2023 (take place on June 18 and 19, 2022).
