According to an earlier share on social media from Mr. Tuan Anh, his daughter was playing in the amusement park and threw a ball at Vu Trong Dam because she thought that this person was obstructing her play place. Therefore, Vu Trong Dam stepped forward to slap and hit the baby. The 4-year-old girl panicked and cried until the next day. He did not directly see his daughter being beaten, but because he saw her strange behavior, Tuan Anh asked to check the camera at the amusement park and discovered the incident.

In addition, he was also provided with a clip clearly recording the face of the person who beat his daughter, so the girl’s family reported it to the local ward police. Very quickly in the morning of June 9, after receiving a report from the girl’s family, the identity of the object was clarified by the authorities.

Currently, Vu Trong Dam has been summoned to the police station, and Tuan Anh’s family is also going to the authorities to clarify the case.
