Apple reveals new unreleased products through iOS 16 beta
iOS 16 beta accidentally revealed a device that Apple may launch in the near future.
According to the discovery of 9to5Macthe reference codes from the iOS 16 beta find a device that Apple has not released.
The device codenamed “AudioAccesory6” was discovered in the code lines of the iOS 16 beta. While “AudioAccessory1” and “AudioAccessory5” are codenames for the original HomePod and previously released HomePod mini. Therefore, it is possible that “AudioAccesory6” is a reference to the upcoming Apple HomePod model this year.
Unfortunately, the code doesn’t reveal any other details about this new HomePod, but it does show that iOS 16 is ready to support a new HomePod model.

Last month, reputable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggested that Apple is working on HomePod new, may launch this device in late 2022 or early 2023.
The findings in the iOS 16 beta code reinforce Kuo’s report as any device released within this time frame will use iOS 16.
According to Kuo, the new HomePod model will not have many improvements in hardware design compared to its predecessor. But it’s more likely that the new HomePod will come in a variety of eye-catching colors because Apple has recently been inclined to add new colors to the upcoming device.
