These two videos record the content of Mr. TTN going to the Tax Department of Region 1 of Kon Tum province (in Kon Ray district) to carry out tax procedures to convert car license plates from white to yellow sea. Here, Mr. TTN met Mr. TVH (tax officer) sitting in the office and asked to do tax procedures, but this officer did not accept.

After that, the two sides exchanged words with each other. Mr. TTN said that tax officials were drunk, did not instruct people, even calling “you”, “tao” was not up to the standards of officials.
