Devel 16 – Dubai’s supercar

Super rare goods with a capacity of 1,500 horsepower

In 2013, the Dubai Devel supercar company was ridiculed when it introduced Sixteen to 5,000 hp V16 engine. But all is not verified by just self-promotion. By 2015, Devel returned with a super product V16 engine with really impressive parameters.

The engine of the Devel Sixteen is made by Steve Morris Engines, a 12.3-liter type with four 81 mm turbochargers. In addition, the engine and crankshaft are monolithic with 32 titanium valves. This terrible machine reaches a capacity of 4,515 horsepower at 6,900 rpm and maximum torque of 4,869 Nm at 6,600 rpm.

Now, Devel is making headlines again when the first production Sixteen arrives. However, this is only the standard version with a V8 engine instead of a V16. Power is also more modest: 1,500 horsepower, but it is enough to beat many genuine supercar models today. The first car is also available for an undisclosed price.
