Patients were tested for etiology, diagnosed with acute encephalitis, potentially autoimmune encephalitis, 5 cycles of plasma exchange, poor consciousness, repeatedly failed ventilator weaning, tracheostomy.

Currently, N. has no fever, pain stimulation with limb movement, mechanical ventilation through tracheostomy, hemodynamic stability (vasomotor has stopped).
