It is a 24k gold leaf pizza that costs up to 2,000 USD (about 46 million VND).

The Industry Kitchen restaurant, located in the vicinity of financial centers, which attracts the richest people in the world, has created a breakthrough in the new image of pizza. Accordingly, targeting upper-class customers, Industry Kitchen has launched a special pizza called “fance’za” with the price of 2,000 USD/piece. If you divide the cake into 8 parts, each part will be equivalent to 250 USD and each piece you eat will be worth 50 USD (about 1.1 million VND).

“Fance’za” is many times more expensive than regular pizza because the ingredients to make each cake are extremely expensive. The base of the cake is made from flour mixed with squid ink, so they have a very eye-catching black color. Cheese used to make pizza is Stilton cheese from England. An indispensable part is 24K gold, which is thin gold foil inlaid on top of pizza and a layer of gold sprinkled on top. There are also foie gras and truffles from France, Ossetra caviar from the Caspian Sea and a few edible flowers. All combined for a unique and lavish cake.

“People can be surprised because they don’t see a cake made with many special ingredients. It’s expensive and delicious,” said Braulio Bunay, head chef of Industry Kitchen.

However, not everyone with money has the opportunity to enjoy this special cake. Industry Kitchen requires patrons and orders 48 hours in advance to enjoy.
