Since 2016, the defendants along with a number of other people came to live in the self-proclaimed “Peng Lai Tinh room” and then changed its name to “Zen am on the edge of the universe”. This house is in Hoa Khanh Tay commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province, owned by defendant Cao Thi Cuc. Defendant Le Tung Van had the role of leading the idea and content and then directed the above subjects to create a number of social network accounts to post activities at this house.
