According to the case file, on the night of April 13, after eating and drinking, Trung drove a motorbike with his friend Pham Trung Hieu, 28 years old, living in the same commune, to Hoang’s house in Hoa Dong commune to pick up a person. another friend. When he arrived in front of Hoang’s house, Trung stopped his motorbike and went in to knock on the door, but no one came to open it.

Seeing that, this person turned to get a motorbike, cranked the gas, and turned up. Hearing the explosion, many people in the house came out to see, including Hoang. Seeing that Trung was speeding up the throttle, Hoang came to tell him to pause so as not to cause noise in the neighbors and between the two sides, quarrels and scuffles occurred. Seeing that, everyone intervened.

However, then Trung called Do Chi Thien, 28 years old, living in the same commune, to help fight Hoang. When Thien arrived, Trung and Thien rushed to attack Hoang. Seeing two against one, Hoang ran into the house to get a sharp knife and turned to stab Trung and Thien with dust bags. As a result, Trung died on the way to the emergency hospital; and Thien was seriously injured.

Discovering Trung’s death, early in the morning (April 14), Hoang brought the murder weapon to the Krong Pak district police station, surrendered and confessed all his crimes.
