Responding to the incident, Dan Truong’s management company provided documents proving that this unit had signed a contract with the Vietnam Center for Protection of Music Copyright (VCPMC – Southern region).

This representative confirmed that Dan Truong has completed the application for permission to use the song Who Loves Forever on VCPMC and pay fees. “Therefore, for questions about costs and copyright, ACV Entertainment should work directly with the Vietnam Music Copyright Protection Center.”Mr. Hoang Tuan replied.

The case has not been solved yet, suddenly recently, musician Dinh Dung “accused” the singer Dan Truong used the temple for 2 years the song “Once Loved” to perform in many places (for a fee). Due to not receiving goodwill from Dan Truong, he will handle this matter in accordance with the law.

Specifically, Dinh Dung said: Singer Dan Truong for more than 2 years illegally used the song Each Love.

The song Once Loved was written by Dinh Dung specifically for Phan Duy Anh. The copyright of the song belongs to Dinh Dung, ACV.

Any individual or group that wants to use the song for commercial purposes must be licensed by the owner. Don’t get confused between people singing happily on social media, singing at home, or going to karaoke with the commercial singing of singers.

It has been more than 2 years that singer Dan Truong illegally used the song “Every Love” to perform with the purpose of making money without asking permission from me and the company.

I confirm that this song has not been authorized by VCPMC to perform. Therefore, apart from asking for permission from the owner, I – Dinh Dung, no one, no unit has the right to license the singer to perform the song “Every Love”.
