The above administrative sanction against Louis Holdings is based on the provisions at point h, Clause 4, Article 33 of the Government’s Decree No. 156/2020 dated December 31, 2020 on sanctioning of administrative violations in the securities sector. and the stock market are amended and supplemented according to the provisions of Clause 27, Article 1 of Decree No. 128/2021 dated December 30, 2021 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 156/2020.
In addition, Louis Holdings was additionally sanctioned by suspending securities trading activities for 2 months according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 7, Article 33 of Decree No. 156/2020 as amended and supplemented according to regulations. in Clause 27, Article 1 of Decree No. 128/2021. The decision takes effect from March 22.
