Questions in the competency assessment question are recorded, reproduced and shared on forums by candidates.

Specifically, the question for a pie chart shows the ratio of 5 sources of capital: external support, fee collection, budget, reserve fund, market borrowing. When reading this sentence, did you report to the supervisor about the abnormality. The proctor compared it with some other test questions from other candidates in the same room and found them all to be the same. In addition, many teachers and language experts also argue about a questions in the field of language in capacity assessment. Accordingly, the question asked to find the word “not Sino-Vietnamese” in four options: “miscellaneous”, “sacred”, “spiritual” and “soul”.

“Looking at this alternative, it’s easy to choose from miscellaneous is the answer, but when it comes to the dictionary, this is also a Sino-Vietnamese word. And if so, then I don’t know what the answer is,” said one contestant.

There are opinions that, sacred is the answer that “seems the most correct” because “sacred” is the word Nom; The rest of the words have Sino-Vietnamese structure.
