It is 4 am Kiev time and here are the main military developments in Ukraine
According to the adviser to the President of Ukraine’s office, Mikhail Podoliak, Russian forces continued missile attacks across Ukraine on the evening of March 27 local time (March 27-28 Vietnam time).
In a statement posted on Twitter, Mr. Podoliak noted that a series of cities including Lutsk, Kharkiv (Kharkov), Zhytomyr and Rivne were targeted and “more and more missiles are coming every day”.
The adviser also noted about the port city of Mariupol that it was being “carpeted with bombs”.
