The declaration is calculated according to the volume of products put on the market and imported in the previous year. After that, manufacturers and importers are responsible for making a one-time payment to the Vietnam Environmental Protection Fund before April 20, or in two installments: The first time to pay at least 50% of the total amount before April 20.
