When he opened the door, he discovered black smoke rising from the bottom up, after only a few dozen seconds of opening the door, black smoke had enveloped his room.
“When I discovered the fire, I only had time to find a towel soaked in some water and then ran to the balcony. However, the neighbor opposite told me to run to the 7th floor of the neighbor’s house because there was an exit. At this time, there were also 3 people. Others have climbed to take refuge”.
After climbing to the roof of a neighbor’s house, he and others stayed there until help arrived.

Mr. V. also added that the fire may originate from the first floor, in the parking area. Many motorbikes were burned, including his motorbike. At the time of the fire, underneath the layers of black smoke, toxic smoke and fire covered.
It was recorded that by about 20 o’clock the fire had been extinguished, the functional forces had erected a fence to block the scene from afar to serve the investigation.
