Hue is looking for investors for a trade and service complex with a scale of nearly 4,300 billion VND
It is known that this project was approved by the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province in February 2022.
The goal of the project is to form a trade and service center and a high-class residential area in the central area of Zone A – An Van Duong new urban area, Hue city. Thereby, the project meets the housing needs of the people and the shopping and accommodation needs of tourists when coming to Hue, and at the same time contributes to creating motivation for Thua Thien Hue province to soon achieve its goal of becoming a central cities.
The project land area is more than 18 hectares. It is expected to build a commercial and service complex combining housing with about 160 low-rise houses and about 2,100 commercial apartments, with a project population of about 9,000 people. In addition, in this project, the winning investor must spend about 2.47 hectares to build social housing.
Total project investment capital is about 4,280 VND, excluding land use fee. The project operation period is 50 years from the date of issuance of the decision on land allocation or land lease.
The project implementation schedule must not exceed 5 years from the date of handing over the land in the field; in which, the construction progress of technical infrastructure works must not exceed two years.
The form of project investor selection is open bidding in accordance with the law on bidding.
An Van Duong new urban area was approved by the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province on May 9, 2005, in the territory of Phu Vang, Huong Thuy and Hue city districts (including Phu An, Phu Duong and Phu communes). Thuong, Phu My, Thuy Van, Thuy An and part of Vi Da ward).
Total urban construction area is about 1,700 ha, divided into 4 urban areas. Specifically, including: Area A – hu Thuy An new urban area, combined with the construction and development of the city’s commercial center; zone B – Thuy Van new urban area, combined with the construction and development of the administrative center of An Van Duong new urban area; zone C – Phu Thuong new urban area, combined with the construction of a sports center, city-level amusement park and zone D – Phu Duong new urban area, combined with the development of tourism services.
Previously, the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province issued the investment promotion program in 2022.
The locality said that in 2021, it has issued investment policy approvals for 47 projects with a total investment capital of nearly 20,000 billion VND, of which 32 investors have been approved to implement projects with a total registered capital of more than VND 20,000 billion. 14,500 billion VND.
